Sunrise Vista Progress Update: Phase One Underway

Phase One of construction of our 10-acre senior living expansion, Sunrise Vista, is well underway! After we broke ground on July 3^rd, construction commenced immediately and has been progressing rapidly since.

Significant site work has taken place since our groundbreaking. Residents watched as the pond was dug and impressive amounts of soil were moved around throughout the summer.

Soon after, slabs and framing were completed for the very first homes to be built in Phase One, which will consist of 10 single family homes, 1 duplex, and a clubhouse.

We are excited to witness these homes taking shape, and residents are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new neighbors.
