Emotional Support
End-of-life care is challenging for the patient and their loved one. Our hospice team is available to provide individual counseling, support groups for caregivers, and a grief support group. Our bereavement program provides ongoing support for the patient’s family for at least a year after their loved one passes.

While receiving hospice care, our patients receive visits from a personal team of healthcare professionals including nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
