Christian Village Hospice

Welcome to Christian Village Hospice

Hospice is end-of-life care focused on the patient and their family and is for individuals with a life expectancy of six months or less. At Christian Village Hospice, our goal is to focus on comfort and quality of life for our residents with life-limiting illness and to provide Christian, comprehensive care to the terminally ill and support for their families and caregivers.

Hospice is intended for patients who have chosen not to continue seeking a cure for their condition and instead prioritize comfort, symptom relief, and quality of life. Our hospice care team focuses on supporting you and your family by creating a plan to address your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Christian Village Hospice was created to provide end-of-life care for those residing at The Christian Village at Mason and The Christian Village at Mt. Healthy.

Emotional Support

End-of-life care is challenging for the patient and their loved one. Our hospice team is available to provide individual counseling, as needed, support groups for caregivers as well as a grief support group.  Our bereavement program provides ongoing support for the patient’s family at least a year after their loved one passes.

Personalized Care for Your Loved One

While receiving hospice care, our patients receive visits from a personal team of healthcare professionals including nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Each member of our care team has been trained to meet physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and personal care needs. We will assist with managing symptoms and controlling pain, so patients can enjoy the highest quality of life in this time of need.

Christian Village Hospice will provide the necessary training so family members have the ability to give their loved one hands-on support during their time of need while having access to our team through our 24/7 support hotline. When your loved one passes away, we’re here to support you and walk through the grief with you. We offer grief support, counseling, and bereavement services in your time of need. You can trust Christian Village Hospice to put you and your family first during every stage of this challenging process.
