Frequently Asked Questions
First, you will complete our financial evaluation form available to you in the Sales and Marketing Office or by email. After the evaluation form is approved, you will select the available Garden Home that best suits you. Then, you will meet with a member of the Sales and Marketing team to sign a Residency Agreement and reserve your home with a deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee.
CVM typically requires the balance of the entrance fee be paid 90 days after the Residency Agreement is signed. In extreme, extenuating circumstances, you can speak with the Sales and Marketing team to discuss if an alternative option is available.
The Sales and Marketing team can refer you to relocation specialists that have expertise in selling homes quickly and providing assistance with packing, moving and settling-in services.
You will meet with a member of our Sales and Marketing team to pay the balance of your entrance fee after completing a final walkthrough. At this time, you will receive the keys to your home and mailbox, and your garage door opener(s).
