About Our Community
Christian Village at Mt. Healthy is a beautiful Life Plan Community located in the suburban neighborhood of Mt. Healthy, Ohio, a short drive northwest of downtown Cincinnati. While our campus provides a gorgeous setting, we believe it’s our staff and residents – our family – that truly make living here special. As a locally owned and not-for-profit organization, we are able to measure our success by the comfort and contentment of our residents, not the bottom line.

Mission
The mission of Christian Village Communities is to guide older adults to joyful and purposeful life experiences in a faith-filled community. Care is at the heart and soul of everything we do. We are devoted to maintaining the highest standards of expertise and service in health and wellness. We are committed to serving all residents as though they were our own family, with love, compassion and excellence.

Our History
The Christian Benevolent Association of Greater Cincinnati, Inc. (CBA) was founded in 1960 by the Stone-Campbell (Restoration) Movement independent Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, originally formed to serve retired ministers, missionaries, and members of those congregations.
CBA formed the Christian Benevolent Association Foundation (CBAF) as a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit to financially support the programs and projects that undergird the mission of its Life Plan Communities.
Christian Village at Mt. Healthy has faithfully served the families of Cincinnati’s West Side since its official dedication in May 1966.
In 2015, CBA formed Christian Village Communities, a wholly-owned management subsidiary operating its Life Plan retirement communities.
Our Sister Community
Our sister community, Christian Village at Mason, has been serving the seniors of Cincinnati’s northeast suburbs for over 30 years.

In Their Own Words
We recently accompanied my husband’s sister and her husband on a tour of Mt. Healthy because they were considering moving there. We were first of all taken with the beautiful grounds and how relaxing everything felt. We were impressed with the facility, which was so very clean, but mostly we were impressed with everyone who was so friendly and stopped to really ask about why we were touring—not just staff but residents alike. Our family members were so impressed that they made a decision that day to move to Mt. Healthy.
