Pre-employment drug screening is required for all applicants to whom a job offer will be extended. Applicants will be required to sign a release at the time of testing in order to be tested. Refusal to participate in the drug testing procedure will prohibit any candidate from being considered for employment. I understand that any information provided by me that is found to be false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient cause to (1) eliminate me from further consideration for employment, or (2) may result in my immediate discharge from Christian Village Communities service, whenever it is discovered.
