4. Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
5. Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
6. Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

1. RN/LPN currently licensed in the State.
2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
3. Ability to document care given.

Essential Job Duties

1. Sets tables and maintains work stations in proper order.
2. Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously.

Qualifications

1. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
2. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
3. Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
4. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.

Essential Job Duties

1. 1. Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
   2. Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
   3. Answers signal lights promptly.
   4. Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program or willing to complete the Nurse Aide training course.
   2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
   3. Ability to document care given.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities where bus transportation is needed.
2. Completes a safety check of the bus before transporting residents to and from scheduled trips or activities.
3. Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.

Other Duties:

1. Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out.
2. Transports vehicle to service locations for routine preventive maintenance on vehicles as scheduled by supervisor.
3. Notifies supervisor of necessary bus repairs and vehicle malfunctions.  Any vehicle accident must me immediately reported to the Executive Director/Administrator.
4. Notifies supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents immediately.
5. Makes miscellaneous runs for administration errands as necessary.
6. Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
7. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
8. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
9. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school education or equivalent required.
2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English,
3. Ability to communicate effectively.
4. Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
5. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio.  Must have a good driving record check.
6. Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with the residents at all times.
7. Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.

The Social Services Assistant supports the Social Services Department under the direction of the Social Worker by helping coordinate services that promote residents’ emotional, social, and practical well-being. This position assists with assessments, documentation, discharge planning, community referrals, and care coordination to ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered support throughout their stay.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with senior adults, takes pride in their work, and provides excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members.

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

About the Position

Under the direction of the supervisor, the General Maintenance team member is responsible for maintaining various aspects of the healthcare facility and ensuring that maintenance requests are completed safely, efficiently, and according to priority.

Daily responsibilities may include room flips, light electrical and plumbing work, painting, coordinating with contractors, completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and assisting other members of the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate is friendly and approachable, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable interacting with older adults in a compassionate and professional manner.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties, including repairs to wall coverings, floor coverings, furniture, fixtures, and other facility items.
• Perform light plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and appliance repairs.
• Complete painting and refurbishing projects as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
• Complete work in the order of priority established by the supervisor.
• Assist with snow removal efforts during the winter season.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper and safe working condition.
• When qualified, assist with heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems, and emergency generators.
• Complete daily work orders and communicate maintenance needs or concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist fellow maintenance team members and other departments as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years of general maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, contractors, and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, personable attitude.
• Enjoys working with and serving older adults.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of general maintenance work.
